General Summary

Principal Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly group consolidation financial report include monthly forecast P&L, monthly financial report and yearly budget and yearly financial report
  • Prepare holding company audited financial statement report and handling holding company financial year end audit
  • Prepare monthly overseas subsidiary financial report include monthly forecast P&L, monthly financial report and yearly budget and yearly financial report
  • Review subsidiaries company audited financial statement reports
  • In charge and monitor overseas regional office (RO) & country office (CO) finance functions
