About the Role
We are looking
for someone who has:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' relevant HR experience with hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions; experience in the luxury hospitality industry is highly preferred.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, manpower planning, budgeting, and HR reporting and analytics.
Strong HR business partnering skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative team-player mindset and positive can-do attitude.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
