About the Role

Permanent role offering up to $6,000 salary, located in Bartley, with office hours.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the effective day-to-day business partnering of the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to Performance Management, Learning and Talent Development, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, HR Service Delivery and Payroll.
  • Implement and review human capital policies and procedures in line with the employment law and related regulatory compliance
  • Establish and maintain good HRIS
  • Prepare reports on manpower
  • Involves in ad-hoc human capital projects
Working Hours

Monday to Friday 9-6pm

Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputable University.
