Assistant House Manager

At YIPP (Young International Professionals), we're recruiting for an Assistant House Manager role for one of our clients, a SIL home based in Roseville.

In this genuinely rewarding and challenging role, you'll support daily operations, work with participants, and liaise with families and stakeholders.

Supporting a home with three young female participants with complex behaviours.

What we're looking for:
* Experience as Senior Support Worker (or similar)
* Confidence with complex behaviours
* Strong organisational & communication skills

Must have: NDIS Check, First Aid/CPR, driver's licence + car, full working rights
