Assistant Manager - Aldine House Secure Centre

We are recruiting to a permanent 30 hour post and are looking for a compassionate, skilled professional to support the leadership and day‑to‑day running of our secure children’s home, helping to create a safe, stable and nurturing environment where children and young people can feel understood, supported and valued. Working in close partnership with the Service Manager and wider leadership team, Including Education and Health , you will contribute to the delivery of high‑quality, child‑centred and trauma‑informed care that prioritises wellbeing, emotional safety and positive development.

Located in the South West of Sheffield, Aldine House is a Secure Children's Home licensed to provide care and education to twelve young people (mixed gender, aged 10-17 years) who display significant emotional and behavioural problems, or are awaiting trial or are sentenced by the courts for criminal offences.
