Ready to take the next step in hotel leadership? As an Assistant General Manager at our Welcome Break Wakefield Ramada hotel, you’ll support the Hotel Manager to deliver brilliant standards, a warm welcome and a smooth guest experience, helping the hotel run like clockwork, even when it’s busy.

You’ll be the Hotel Manager’s right hand, supporting day‑to‑day operations across reception, housekeeping and maintenance . You’ll lead from the front on shift, help plan rotas and routines, keep an eye on costs and stock, and make sure rooms and public areas are always guest‑ready. You’ll also step up as duty manager when needed, handle guest feedback and escalations calmly, and help keep the hotel safe, compliant and audit‑ready.
