Seeking a passionate and dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of the restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily smooth operations of the restaurant while driving excellence and innovation. The role encompasses a variety of exciting challenges, including setting sales targets, organising promotional events, training and motivating staff, managing customer relations, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and safety.
