About the Role

Minimum Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field
  • 35 years' Front Office experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment
  • 12 years' experience in a Front Office supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services, Reservations and Night Audit operations
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS, Microsoft Office and hotel systems
  • Excellent communication, leadership and guest relations skills
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Immaculate presentation and a passion for luxury hospitality
  • Valid South African ID or valid work permit
