Assistant Dormitory Manager

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Proficient in MOM-FEDA licencing requirements.
• Proficient in using ERP systems.
• Possesses good leadership and supervisory skill.
• Minimum 3 years experience in leading dormitory operation, overseeing security, or facility management related field.
• Familiar with Building Maintenance.
• Strong planning and organizational skills and able to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work location : Tuas South.
