Assistant Director / Senior Assistant Director (Scholarship), Human Resources

What the role is:

You will be part of the scholarship team to manage the DSTA Scholarship programmes.

What you will be working on:

• Proactively scan the landscape to ensure DSTA Scholarship programmes continue to be competitive.
• Lead the reviews of scholarship programmes so that they continue to be attractive to scholarship candidates.
• Engage scholars and provide meaningful touchpoints to strengthen their networks and engagement with DSTA and Defence Technology Community.
• Plan and manage the scholarship budget to ensure sufficient funds for the scholarship programmes.

What we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource, Arts & Social Sciences, Communications Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
