About the Role
Overview
You will join the Financial Reporting & Services (Ministries) Group which oversees the central finance operations and the administration of key AGD central systems. You will be part of the AGD Salaries and Pensions team responsible for managing the Government Human Resource and Payroll (HRP) system operations to support payroll, claims, pensions and medical billing administration.
Responsibilities- Translating HR policy changes and policy intent into workable system solutions, in compliance with business and statutory requirements.
- Working with third-party system vendors and relevant module leads of partner agencies of the HRP system to deliver system enhancements and fixes through the full project lifecycle from change impact assessment, user acceptance testing, user change management and deployment of solution.
