Qualifications
This position is responsible for the supervision and management of Food & Beverage Services operations to maximize guest satisfaction and department profits.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Set periodical Food & Beverage Services budget & forecast
- Analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports, identify deviation from business plan goals
- Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the department.
- Oversee and manage Food & Beverage Operations and team members.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous luxury brand hotel experience is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
