About the Role
Role Description This position reports to the Clinic Manager and interfaces with all clinic staff, management, regulatory bodies, suppliers and external vendors. Specific Responsibilities Individual to be involved in: 1. Assisting the Clinic Manager in administrative and clinic operations, financial and inventory oversight. 2. Optimise manpower needs 3. Provide support for clinic digitalization 4. Liaising with suppliers, external vendors and regulatory organizations
Competencies 1. Clinic operations, patient flow management & strategic planning process 2. Professional engagement of employees as well as liaison with external vendors 3. Database management and record keeping in compliance with regulatory requirements
