Assistant Brand Manager (Campaign Development)

JFC’s Assistant Brand Manager (Campaign Development) is responsible for the following:

  • Assist in developing strategic business plans for product categories.
  • Formulate long and short-term marketing plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Develop marketing programs and projects for new product launches and market opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams for product development, launch, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Creative, Media, PR/Digital Agencies, Corporate Media, and Research for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare sales information for monthly business reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with marketing policies and brand visual identity.
  • Gather reports on competitor pricing and product performance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, creative agencies, and Marketing Assistant for marketing materials.
