Primary Purpose of Job

Manages the Branch Service Specialists within the assigned branch. Partners with the Branch Manager to achieve branch goals. When you apply, you'll work with our team to find a branch that's the best fit for you and for ASB within Maui. Teammates hired must be available to travel to Oahu for scheduled trainings, which are covered by ASB.

Major Job Accountabilities

  • Supervises Branch Service Specialist in a manner that instills teamwork, consistency of service, and a collaborative atmosphere resulting in an outstanding customer experience.
  • Accountable for performance management and ensures that teammates are adhering to ASB operational policies and procedures.
  • Partners with the Branch Service Specialist Lead to train and develop new tellers.
  • Partners with the Branch Manager to achieve Branch performance goals associated with, but not limited to, Customer Service, Sales, Expense & Loss, etc.
