The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the administration function within the sub-branch which includes Parts, Workshop admin, Finance, HR and other related administrative functions.
Reporting: This position reports to the Branch Administrator. Job Objectives: HR
All communication to be handed to staff.
Kronos/Payspace
Inputting of leave on the Payspace system.
Inputting of overtime/leave on Kronos.
Filing of all Overtime sheets (Kronos).
Approving overtime on Kronos.
Print timecard for Employees.
