Asset Manager

Vercity are currently recruiting for an Asset Manager at one of our flagship projects at University Hospital, Hairmyres. Vercity are a UK market leader in the management of public sector assets and infrastructure and Hairmyres is 1 of our 100+ projects across the UK and North America - a site and project of which we are very proud. The successful candidate will be experienced in healthcare and PFI to join our established team and report to the project General Manager.

You will be the bridge between the hospital management board and the facilities service provider. You will attend regular meetings with the Board and the Contractor including regular reporting on performance and compliance in line with the Project Agreement.
