About the Role 

As an Asset Engineer (Building Services), you will play a critical role in managing the lifecycle performance of UOW’s built environment. You will provide specialist engineering expertise across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, vertical transport and building automation systems, ensuring campuses are safe, compliant, and optimised for long-term performance. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Deliver lifecycle asset management including condition assessments, risk evaluation, and renewal planning. 
  • Maintain and enhance asset data quality for planning, reporting, and compliance. 
  • Provide engineering advice and support capital works, design reviews, and project delivery. 
  • Drive continuous improvement in asset management systems and processes.
