About the Role
**Job Title:** **Assembly Operator III**
**Initial Location:** Fairview, NC 28730
**Future Location:** Arden, NC
**Shift:** 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
**Pay Rate:** $24.20/hour ($22.00 base + 10% shift differential)
**Position Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Assembly Operator III** to support the manufacturing of fiber optic components and cable assemblies. This role is responsible for precision assembly, termination, and testing of fiber optic products in a cleanroom environment.
This position will initially be based in Fairview, NC and will transition to Arden, NC in the future. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who performs well under schedule pressures, adapts to shifting priorities, and maintains a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. This individual may also support new product introduction (NPI) and assist in process development.
