Assembly/Disassembly Director

Olive is seeking an Assembly/Disassembly Director for our client in Manassas, VA. The Assembly/Disassembly is responsible for the achievement of safe and successful crane erection and dismantle operations. The ideal candidate has experience assembling and disassembling Lattice Crawler, Tele-Crawler, and luffing cranes.



Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from initial requirements through final deployment, working closely with Operations, Dispatch, and Project Management teams


• Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, safety, dispatch, and sales to support successful project delivery


• Facilitate meetings with project team members to identify challenges and implement effective solutions


• Develop detailed project schedules and coordinate crane allocation and deployment
