About the Role
Description: Position Summary
The Solder and Mechanical Operator is responsible for the end to end assembly of printed circuit cards, including manual and semi automatic soldering, mechanical part placement, inspection, and documentation. The role ensures that assembled circuit cards meet all quality, reliability, and safety specifications while adhering to production schedules and Lean manufacturing principles.
Key Responsibilities
1.Soldering Operations Perform manual hand soldering, wave soldering, and reflow processes on circuit boards. Apply solder paste, flux, and alloys according to engineering drawings and IPC standards. Monitor soldering equipment (temperature, conveyor speed, etc.) and make real time adjustments.
2.Mechanical Assembly Install components (mounts, brackets, heat sinks, connectors) using hand tools, torque wrenches, and pneumatic fixtures. Align and secure components to maintain dimensional tolerances.
