Perform all duties necessary to the efficient operation of all equipment in the plant. Handle and maintain plant equipment in accordance with standard work and building processes
+ Continue to keep current in skills through training, classes and on the job training
+ Requires the ability to do visual checks so necessary adjustments to the set-up can be made to produce a quality part
+ Required to use computer programs to assist in recording data, making labels, prioritizing orders, printing ship-sets, etc.
+ Be capable of scheduling and prioritizing orders to meet customer demand and on-time delivery.
