**1st/ Weekend shift**

**Job responsibilities:**

+ Assemble components using hand and power tools
+ Align, position, and fasten parts into assemblies and subassemblies
+ Install wire labels and device tags
+ Read and interpret job orders and production instructions
+ Track work in the Epicor ERP system
+ Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
+ Inspect completed units for quality, accuracy, and customer requirements
+ Identify wire gauges, colors, and ampacities
+ Use measuring tools (tape measure) for accuracy
+ Perform basic mechanical and electrical assembly
+ Help troubleshoot production issues with team members
+ Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow PPE requirements

**Skills & Qualifications:**

+ 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
