Assembler

 We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Vehicle Assembler to join our Banyo team.

This is a full-time role - Monday to Thursday 6:30AM to 5:00PM and Friday 6:30AM to 11:30AM.

As a Vehicle Assembler, you’ll be responsible for reassembling repaired vehicles to ensure they’re safe, operable and ready for the next stage of the process. Your work plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the role:

• Quality‑check vehicles upon receipt to ensure all prior work is complete
• Reassemble vehicles following documented procedures and company standards
• Test and assess vehicle operability and safety
• Maintain a clean and compliant workspace (WHS & QA standards)
• Communicate effectively with Production, Estimators and Customer Relations
• Move vehicles as required by the Repair Centre Manager.
