SGS is seeking a skilled and dedicated Asbestos Consultant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our clients and the general public by identifying and assessing potential asbestos-containing materials in buildings.
Responsibilities:
Conducting thorough asbestos surveys in accordance with HSE guidelines and regulations.Identifying and sampling suspected asbestos-containing materials.Recording accurate and detailed survey findings using digital or paper-based systems.Assessing the condition and risk of identified asbestos materials.Providing clear and concise reports to clients, including recommendations for management or removal.Collaborating with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of asbestos legislation, industry standards, and best practices....
