This role ensures the Talent Acquisition team embodies Teem’s Vision, Mission, The Teem Way, and Core Values while building scalable systems and processes that help the organization reach its long term goals.

This leader develops recruiters, manages hiring pipelines across all verticals and departments, and ensures the TA function delivers predictable, fast, and high quality results.
