About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Manage sales incentive plan processes, including administration, communication, tracking, and alignment with established governance requirements
  • Maintain and improve CRM data quality, including account, customer, pricing, and opportunity information
  • Partner with sales leaders to support territory alignment, account assignments, quota tracking, and sales coverage planning
  • Collaborate with division finance on sample budget allocation, and manage the MySample dashboard
  • Manage the Command Center, overseeing user access, data quality, system governance, issue resolution, user support, and continuous improvement to enable effective tool utilization and reliable business operations.
