Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit and coach Sales Agents to enhance their selling, closing, and soft skills while ensuring company compliance.
  • Field Management: Travel to assigned communities to directly manage field sales and ensure local goals are met. 90% time spent in field.
  • Data & Performance Analytics: Run reports, analyze driving metrics such as lead volume, sales conversion, and cancellation rates.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop sales plans for each community.
  • Operations & Scheduling: Manage personnel scheduling for sales centers and ensure all promotional and sales materials are current, accurate, and properly displayed.
