Area Operations Controller (AOC) - Sizewell C

Employed on our Sizewell C contract in Leiston, the AOC is integral to the success of this busy security team. Their primary focus is to schedule all staff to work over varying shift patterns using company IT software. Pay, HR, KPI reporting and general administration functions will require the successful candidate to have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to adapt in an ever‑changing environment. Very strong IT skills are essential. The role operates within the contract's Operational Support Team and will work closely with the Operations Managers and Directors to ensure consistency and daily operational management as the contract matures.

Location: Leiston SZC Offices; occasional working from home. Pay: £15.03 per hour. Hours: 1×40 hours per week or 1×20 hours per week.
