AREA MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of approximately 7–10 bubble tea outlets , ensuring smooth operations and consistent service standards.
• Lead manpower planning, includingscheduling, staff deployment and succession planning to meet operational needs.
• Monitor and drive sales performance, profitability and key operational KPIs across assigned outlets.
• Work closely with the Operations Director to develop, implement and improve operational policies, systems and processes to support business growth.
• Ensure all outlets comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Conduct regular outlet audits to assess operational excellence, cleanliness, product quality, customer service and compliance.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance development for Store Managers and outlet employees to build a high-performing team. <...
