About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and buying groups.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning and new business development.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets; conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Manage promotions, pricing, and ensure effective in-store execution.
  • Oversee stock management, credit processes, and financial controls.
  • Lead, coach, and manage sales representatives and agents.
  • Analyse sales performance and provide regular reports and insights.
  • Ensure effective territory management and field operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and monitor competitor activity.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales, including management of sample and free stock budgets
