Job Description

A District Manager/Area Manager supervises and oversees the operations of retail store branches within a certain region and collaborates with the Retail Operations Manager to set goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections, ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.

General Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area's branches by making regular visits and interacting with management.
• Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
• Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections (KPI involving Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate).
