Architectural Technologist/Designer

Role Description

The Architectural Technologist/Designer plays a key role in delivering projects from early concept through construction within Colpitts’ integrated design and build environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership, internal project managers, and consultants to develop practical, buildable designs across a diverse range of residential, multi-residential, and commercial projects.



Unlike a traditional drafting role, this position carries a high level of design responsibility and autonomy. The Architectural Technologist/Designer will be expected to apply sound design judgement, strong technical knowledge, and building code expertise while contributing creatively throughout the project lifecycle.



Your work will span concept design, site planning, permit and construction documentation, and construction coordination, ensuring quality, consistency, and feasibility at every stage.
