Architectural Technician
Location: Southampton
Salary: £29-35,000
A leading, forward-thinking architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Technician to join their team in Southampton. The team have a strong track record of working on projects for large national house builders, and have a variety of exciting projects on the horizon. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and ambitious team delivering high-quality residential developments.
Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings for large-scale residential projects.
- Collaborate with designers, planners, engineers, and clients to ensure both creative and regulatory requirements are met.
- Ensure full compliance with UK Building Regulations and NHBC Standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
- Represent the practice in meetings with clients and project teams.
