We are currently seeking talented and detail-oriented Architectural and Landscape BIM Modellers to join our growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates .

• Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for architectural and landscape projects.
• Prepare accurate drawings, documentation, and schedules from BIM models.
• Coordinate with architects, landscape architects, engineers, and other disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM protocols, and UAE regulations.
• Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings.
• Maintain model integrity and ensure timely project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in BIM modelling (UAE/GCC experience preferred)....
