Architect (Hybrid Available)

To assist in architectural design, space planning, and conceptual development

To prepare 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and presentation material

To develop sketch design into working drawings for submission to Authorities.

To work with specialist consultants for the preparation of building plans.

To prepare working drawings and details for tender and construction.

To Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors as needed

To Ensure design intent is maintained from concept to completion

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and rendering software (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, or 3Ds Max); Revit, Rhinoceros or etc an added advantage.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

At least 2 - 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
