Apprentice Lettings Consultant

Linley and Simpson, part of Lomond, is hiring an Apprentice Lettings Consultant in Wakefield.

This is a full‑time, permanent role with a standard workweek of 38.75 hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00‑17:30, Friday 09:00‑17:00, and alternate Saturdays 09:30‑13:00. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all enquiries face‑to‑face, over the phone and electronically, and make appointments to maximise opportunities and meet branch targets.
• Register applicants and encourage viewings of potential property matches while encouraging landlords to use our full range of services.
• Maintain full compliance with lettings regulations and best practice.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and organised.
• Excellent IT skills.
