Appointments Officer

Overview

Opportunity to join a small team supporting a single point of access for patients requiring the services of the Allied Health Professions (AHPs). The appointments officer will support the Fife-wide Musculoskeletal (MSK) Hub for Physiotherapy, Podiatry, and Orthotics. The hub supports multiple clinics and waiting lists remotely throughout Fife and handles approximately 34,000 patient calls per annum. This post predominantly supports the Podiatry service.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth pathway of referrals, clinic booking and clinician diaries.
• Manage appointment schedules and coordinate between clinicians and patients.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to the MSK Hub operations.
