C.B.E.S.T., now proudly part of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring a part time ABA Program Supervisor in Los Angeles to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs.

We're looking for a motivated professional with a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field who thrives in a dynamic, field-based environment. You'll be working directly with students in a school setting, creating behavior plans, supervising technicians, and driving meaningful outcomes.

This is a part-time position (10-20 hours/week) with the potential to increase to 30 hours per week. We ask for a minimum one-year commitment to ensure consistency and progress for the students we serve.
