Responsibilities

• Own service performance: incidents, problems, patching, SLAs, vendors, and uptime.
• Build and embed a fit-for-purpose OT governance framework into BAU.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years’ experience in regulated industries (pharma/food/energy/finance or similar).
• 5+ years in technology/OT leadership, building high-performing teams.
• Strong IT service operations capability (incident/problem/change/patch, vendor management).
• Experience delivering complex OT programmes (SCADA/MES desirable; PLC exposure valued).
