Must Have

• Experience leading technical teams across full project lifecycle (analysis, design, implementation)
• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrades
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 suite including Fluid and Classic Plus UI
• Strong experience designing and delivering PeopleSoft HCM technical solutions
• Experience working with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
