About the Role
What You'll Do Provide L2 support for production/staging systems handleL1 escalations Investigate errors, alerts, performance issues &integration failures Perform deep‑dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis Work with L3, DevOps & vendors to resolve complex issues Monitor dashboards/logs execute patches, fixes &config changes Support deployments, releases & maintenance activities Improve runbooks, SOPs & automation for operations Ensure security, compliance & proper incident documentation What You Bring 3-5+ years in application/system support (mission‑critical environments) Strong in log analysis & monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK) Comfortable with Linux/Unix Working knowledge of AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS) Basic SQL (MySQL/Postgres) + understanding of REST APIs
