Role and Responsibilities
- Manage team ticket queue and resolve tickets in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain accurate technical and user documentation.
- Troubleshoot minor and major system problems and, when necessary, escalates to L3 support.
- Provide global 24x7 operations support to the client and meet SLA commitments.
- Help users resolve data issues and perform system administration tasks.
- Handle user administration.
- Provide software application support under the supervision of a Senior Engineer.
- Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggest improvements.
- Ensure effective front‑end and back‑end functionality of applications.
