Primary Purpose of the Job

The Application Specialist is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise business applications, with a primary focus on
focus on Microsoft SharePoint and related Microsoft 365 services. The role acts as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring applications are stable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.

• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve application issues.
