APPLICATION SPECIALIST

In this team, you will provide high-quality telephonic support to potential new law firm/attorney customers through a legal intake process. Follow an established process to gather information, document responses, and follow up with potential new clients on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound/outbound calls from prospective clients looking for help with applying for Social Security Disability Benefits.
• Properly complete the intake form using our proprietary Customer Relationship System (CRM).
• Explain Social Security Disability eligibility, benefits and our requirements, expectations and standards.
• Positively promote and sell the benefits of using our services to all prospects.
• Accurately document all contact with prospects, enter all information and outcomes in accordance with current company policies and procedures.
