What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with automated optical inspection/metrology systems

2+ years of experience in semiconductor inspection/metrology equipment and wafer/panel manufacturing process engineering

Working knowledge of statistics, Statistical Process Control (SPC), application development, and semiconductor fabrication processes (lithography, CMP, deposition, etch, and advanced packaging)

What you'll be doing on the job

Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for optical metrology products — system setup, recipe creation and optimization, and qualification execution
