About the Role
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day operations and maintenance of the bank’s application systems, including deployment, configuration, monitoring, incident handling, and problem resolution.
- Support production releases, system upgrades, and change implementation, ensuring strict compliance with the bank’s change management and approval processes.
- Monitor application availability, performance, and capacity, and respond promptly to alerts, incidents, and service degradation.
- Collaborate with development teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors to conduct incident investigation, root cause analysis (RCA), and remediation tracking.
- Participate in the implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of high-availability and disaster recovery (DR) solutions, ensuring compliance with defined RTO / RPO requirements.
