Application Engineer

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

·Work closely with sales and product management to well understand customer needs, convert customer needs to product specs, take lead in sample design, building, testing and customer side tracking till approval.

与销售、产品管理团队紧密合作，理解客户需求，将客户需求转换成产品和样机需求，牵头样机设计、打样、测试及客户测试跟踪，直到批准。

·Respond promptly to customer feedback，visit customers as needed to meet customers and solve problems.

及时响应客户反馈，按需拜访客户，帮助客户解决应用问题。

·Takes ownership of checking drawings and BOM (Bills of Material) for NMR(New model Release) and ECR (Engineering change request) for products.

负责产品新型号的发布以及工程变更的审核。

·Leads MCO (Material cost out) projects and provides technical support to MCO leaded by other function dept.

领导MCO(降本项目), 对其他部门牵头的降本项目提供技术支持。
