Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigerators and other cooling appliances.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure appliances function efficiently.
• Inspect refrigerators to identify mechanical or electrical issues.
• Use diagnostic tools to analyze problems such as faulty compressors, refrigerant leaks, thermostat issues, or electrical malfunctions.
• Communicate with customers to understand symptoms and history of the appliance.
• Repair or replace defective parts, including motors, compressors, fans, thermostats, and refrigerant lines.
• Recharge refrigerants and ensure proper cooling cycles are restored.
