About the Role

            Responsibilities  Stock Control and Procedure Compliance: Oversees stock management, ensuring that inventory is accurately controlled and that all processes adhere strictly to established procedures. 
Leadership and Team Management: Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates. 
Daily Team Operations: Manages and reports on the daily activities of the team, including monitoring attendance, scheduling, and holiday planning, while ensuring smooth operations. 
Disciplinary and Training Management: Handles documentation related to disciplinary actions and reports. 
Procedure Evaluation and Development: Regularly evaluates compliance with existing procedures, drafts new procedures for approval, and proposes improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Also ensures that all procedures remain up-to-date.
